Located in the heart of the Seven Dials Conservation Area in Covent Garden, Chapter House offers contemporary living behind a retained and refurbished Victorian façade. Environmental Associated prepared the ‘hard works’ construction drawings, and a specification for all landscape elements. 

The project included roof terraces, courtyards and show gardens with quality finishes in line with the building’s luxurious apartments. The scope of works encompassed natural stone steps and cladding, porcelain tiling, steel planters, sculptural wall features, green walls, hardwood fencing, irrigation, planting and feature lighting.
