After preparing the Port Louis Development Masterplan, Environmental Associates were commissioned to prepare detailed designs, contract documents and specifications for Camper and Nicholson’s Marina, super yacht dock and capitainerie.  The proposals have now been implemented and are successfully operating as a ‘honey pot’ destination at the centre of the proposed new village and resort.
