The hotel development at Sam Lord’s castle had originally been envisioned to be the largest on the island.  Part way through construction the project stalled and a new developer was sought.  Environmental Associates was tasked with downsizing the proposal but retrofitting it into the already constructed foundations.  Environmental Associates prepared a new masterplan and vision for the site, working to ensure all components of the hotel complex were optimally sized and configured.
